Outdoor Room Remodel w/ a Kitchen Bump Out to Maximize Space...what a dramatic difference!!!

This client was primarily interested in taking what was once a nice outdoor room setup that was originally designed back in 2007 when the outdoor room concept was still in it's inception.  The outdoor kitchen concept was very very new to the industry and the idea of maximizes space was still in its infancy. You can clearly see that the builder spent most of his time inside and simply didn't take into account what could be a very functional area without changing to much of the square footage.

Below you can see what it once was to what it is now from drawings to inception.
