What we have here is primarily Fire Magic components in the grill, cut and clean combo, trash can, ice maker, and doors and drawers, we also have featured a Saffire Charcoal Smoker as well as a Viking Outdoor Power Burner.

We also did some custom tile work around the Viking burner to match the flooring.  Enjoy the pictures!!!

Custom Fireplace Project for the Spring!

What we did here was pour a 12 inch concrete fire place footer right of the deck that was already there so we could maximize the outdoor space that was already in place.

We then let it set and cure.  We then place the fireplace on the footer, hooked up the natural gas starter set to it, placed the outdoor kitchen/fire pit eating area.

The fireplace and outdoor kitchen island utilized the vintage wine cultured stone product.

Featured in the kitchen is Bull Angus Outdoor grill as well as a vertical access door and fridge.  These folks are ready for Spring!

2013 Delta Heat Outdoor Gas Grill Review - New Design!!!

Delta Heat Outdoor Gas Grills has unveiled a totally redesigned grill for 2013 and it's a winner! High Rez Pictures are up and its ready to ship!

Completely redesigned with some major structural improvements, red LED lights, and a better more efficient heating system the makers of Twin Eagles are looking to come to the grill market with a bang....or shall I say "sizzle".

Delta Heat decided to redesign their product for 2013 to make a big splash in the outdoor living/grill market. In doing so they made some significant changes, and I was able to get a sneak peak at it and even got some snap shots which I've included in this review. This is clearly a grill that has a very contemporary look, red knobs, red LED lights, and a polished finish in different parts it really has a lot of components that a grill enthusiast will enjoy for years to come in their outdoor living space. A heavy 304 outdoor rated steel through and through combined with a rotisserie option, lights on the inside of the grill hood, and a overall finished look that will keep your food tasting and looking good.

We were able to cook poultry, steaks, and veggies this particular afternoon and the flavor was fantastic.  One of the major improvements was the even heat distribution throughout the entire surface area of the grill.  This allows for a more consistent and predictable grilling experience and can make the chef look like a real professional!

Big Green Egg/Smoker and Saber Grill Custom Outdoor Kitchen

This was a neat project because we modified a few things that we had done from previous projects to make it perfect for the home owner.

We used a glacier valley cultured stone product with a beveled fidelio frost proof tile.

We also added some nice finishes including a bottle opener, some utensil hooks and a finsished stucco storage area instead of a fridge for a charcoal basket.

We also used a Saber Built-In Infrared Outdoor Grill featured here:  http://www.familyleisure.com/Grills/SABER-SS-500-BI-Infrared

With contemporary design in mind this came out really nicely!

Catching up with all of our projects now, this family had a dying tree, some 10 year old uneven pavers,, and a space that needed some light....when I say light, I'm talking FIRE!

These progression pictures show you where they were a month ago to where we got them with their outdoor space!

We went with a 88 inch tall fireplace, a 9 foot long outdoor kitchen/bar area complete with a firepit, as well as a two color light charcoal textured concrete - take a look!

Custom Outdoor Room - Freshly Sealed Concrete

Check out one of our most recent projects that takes you through the whole process from the tear out to the final pictures.  These folks had an unused space off to the side of their pool, they loved to entertain and grill out, and they liked our business model and how we were able to deliver exactly what they wanted.

I include here the steps from the beginning to the end because sometimes its hard to visualize where this is going until you get right to the very bottom!

This Outdoor Kitchen features Bull Outdoor as well as Fire Magic components, a radial foot rest and bar, a sink, ice maker, accent lights in the base boards as well as in the back splash, a two color texture concrete - and even a pull out trash can. Family Leisure Custom Outdoor Room!

Saffire Smoker Grill Review

The Saffire charcoal fired ceramic grill and smoker has the most advanced features in its class. It doesn't matter if you are a championship barbecue competitor or a smoking enthusiast because the Saffire makes grilling out easy!

After smoking on the Saffire for over a year I've noticed that compared to some of the other larger brand names you might find at the larger "box" stores my charcoal usage has been between 1/4 to 1/2 less than what it used to be.  Whether its intense heat you rquire for perfctly seard steaks and seafood, or the savor of true slow smoked barbecue, the Saffir Grill could be the right grill for you.

You can even use it as a wood-fired brick oven for making pizza, bread, cup cakes, and much more. The high temperature ceramics will give you a lifetime of use. With some of the finest stainless steel alloys (304 Weight) you as the griller are ensured years of corrosion resistance and a minimum amount of maintenance.

The Saffire comes in either black onyx or jasper red complete with a durable non-fading ceramic glaze.

The other benefit to the Saffire is that it is truly a premium smoker in that the temperatures can range from a low 200-250 degree smoke all the way up to 800 degrees with just the turn of the air flow vent.  Using lump charcoal you'll have your Saffire grill up to temperature in only 10 minutes.
